Job Description

Senior Level Embedded Developer
Location: Columbia / Ft. Meade area
Clearance: TS/SCI Full Scope poly

Seeking an ambitious embedded developer with an aptitude for and experience to perform bit level vulnerability analysis, software development and operational support for complex systems. Candidate should have excellent command of the C language and compiler techniques, a good understanding of real-time operating systems, a deep knowledge of assembly language, and also strong debugging knowledge.

• 10+ years of Software System Requirements Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, and/or Testing
• 10+ years of software development experience using assembly and/or C/C++ in Windows, UNIX, and/or Linux
• 10+ years of reverse engineering using disassemblers, bit-level data analysis, and/or low-level programming of device drivers
• Experience with assembly language (development or reversing), with proficiency in one architecture assembly language (preferably x86)
• Experience with reverse engineering is required for this position

• Familiarity with requirements analysis and tools
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g. Razor, Subversion)
• Scripting experience (e.g. UNIX shell, Python, Perl, Ruby)
• Experience with operating systems internals in Windows, UNIX, and/or Linux
• Hands-on experience with integrating hardware and software systems
• Experience in technical writing to author system documentation
• Understanding of common binary file formats - ELF/COFF
• Experience with vulnerability analysis
• Working knowledge of common protocols/standards such as TCP/IP, SNMP, H.323, X.25,802.11,802.16, SIP, MEGACO, or MGCP
• CEH, CREA preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
