SharePoint Developer
The SharePoint Developer shall provide technical oversight, analysis, evaluation, and documentation support services for facilities and asset management systems requirements. Activities include efficiency studies and analysis facilitating business best practices and standards for system use, configuration, data capture, reporting. Documentation activities include support for various system documents such as Concept of Operations (ConOps), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), training materials, industry research, process development, and developing briefings for MPO leadership and facilitating technical discussions between stakeholder organizations. Must possess strong troubleshooting skills, be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple assignments and meet scheduled deadlines. Will be given direction from local project management leaders; must work autonomously on various assignments and be able to discern how to approach complex and difficult issues. Will consult with clients and staff to recommend and guide the development and documentation of web-based facilities and asset management software systems, data integration, collaboration portals, smart client applications, and niche applications that may be leveraged across the project.
Skills/Competencies:
Experience in the following areas of SharePoint: Design, Development, Administration, Performance Point and familiar working with Corp. SharePoint, and be able to manage entire SharePoint sites independently.
Experience with COTS systems integration with systems like ShareP oint, MAX IMO, Archibus, Vault, ImageNow, and Primavera.
Experience with financial assessments of systems, and researching systems based on defined attributes and costs/risks for a client.
Experience with U.S. Government information systems.
Experience working with client on web applications systems development.
Proficiency with technical writing, process development, training development, business requirements analysis and writing system documentation.
Experience working in an Independent Verification and Validation type of environment for a client.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related degree
5-8 years’ experience and recent experience with MPO customer
Must have US citizenship and maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph
