Position Overview:
Specific responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):
Extensive travel will be required; up to 5 months of travel per year (typically less than 2 months at a time). Support LVC-G Integrated Training Events. Experience with US Army Mission Command Systems. Create Instrumentation System (IS) milestones.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Must be 8570.01-M compliant IAT Level II certified. Must have a Secret Clearance
Experience and Education:
- 3 years' experience with integrated simulations training devices and Network Operations in a multi-echelon collective training environment.
- 3 years' experience with Army Network Operations that support LVC-G Integrated Training Events.
- Experience with models and simulations using LVC simulations data.
- Knowledge of IT concepts, principles, methods, and practices.
- Demonstrates proficient oral and written communication, with strong attention to detail and an ability to interact effectively with people of varying technical abilities (engineers, technicians, and military personnel).
- Energetic self-starter with strong work ethic and strong leadership skills.
- Computer and networking diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Linux command line and programming experience is a plus.
- Documentation and technical writing skills.
- Able to function at a high-level in high-pressure environments.
- Able to lift up to 50 Ibs.
