JOB DESCRIPTION:
CSG is seeking a Front-End Software Developer self-starter who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming and will support the customer by implementing a front-end GUI solution for a back-end database system. This level of effort identifies the Enterprise Management support tasks which include program management, mission support, software integration and migration, integration and testing, documentation development, training delivery, network and system monitoring, and configuration and release management. This is applicable to all Enterprise IT infrastructure domains and systems that support mission, business, and IT infrastructure .

The current IT Operations environment consists of tools that were developed independently over the years, without the benefit of an overarching architecture or a standardized process, to accomplish critical management functions such as health and status monitoring, configuration and change management, and maintenance and repair management. The result is a diverse set of processes, applications, metrics, and overlapping IT infrastructures spread across multiple contract vehicles, which makes identifying and enforcing responsibility at the subsystem boundary and life cycle phases difficult. This acquisition will streamline management operations and oversight, and increase effectiveness of contract support to those performing these critical IT functions.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Develop a functional and implement an appealing GUI front-end database to aid data collection system.
• Develop, implement, and maintain tools and dashboards for the capture, storage, processing, and presentation of target data.
• Program design, coding, unit testing, debugging and documentation.
• Software development (Java, Perl, SQL, Eclipse, Maven, web application development)
• Participate in the development and review of information system security policy and standards, including writing guidelines, standards, procedures, and other technical documentation (technical roadmaps, project plans, analytic reports, etc.)
