Perform full life-cycle development of software applications using Agile and Test-Driven Development processes. Be part of a team that is focused on delivering custom web solutions to a diverse customer base. Provide technical leadership and recommendations for architecture and design of new web solutions. Employ significant technical expertise to work with customers and/or customer representatives to provide technical advice and/or feedback as needed. Perform detailed assessments customer development needs and provide briefings that highlight key capability options, strengths, weaknesses, technical maturity, and risks. Setup and configure IDE and development servers, use code versioning software, and software builds. Must have a strong command of development tools across all tiers and be comfortable interfacing with customers and stakeholders in all phases of the development life-cycle.
Key Technical Concepts: Java, XML, javascript, Spring, Struts, JSF, Jira, WebLogic, Tomcat, Application Performance Tuning, Object Relational Mapping
Requires strong experience with the skills listed above and a Top Secret Clearance with active Polygraph.
